BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE HISTORY:
The race of the Dobermanns carries only the name of its first known breeder, Friedrich Louis Dobermann. According to tradition, he was a tax collector, skinner and also the city dog catcher with the legal right to catch all stray dogs. For breeding he used particularly sharp dogs from this reservoir . Overall Appearance:

The knee is powerfull and the capella is being formed bij the femur and the lower leg. The knee angle is approximately 130 degrees.
Tibia / fibula:
Medium length and in proportion to the total hindquarters.
Hock:
Medium sized and parallel. The Tibia / fibula connects itself in the hock by the metatarsals.
